The Best Things website is super easy to navigate, has competitve pricing, and a great selection. I found The Best Things site while searching for wood turning tools. Not only does the site offer a fine selection of tools, but they are also competitve in pricing, often times cheaper than most other sites; additionally the shipping was within reason. After much searching I retruned to The Best Things site where I purchased a Robert Sorby Bowl Gouge, fully expecting this item to take a minimum of 10 days to reach my door. Was I surprised when it showed up the next afternoon; and no, I did not pay for express shipping, I in fact paid for standard shipping. Along with the quick shipping I must comment on the personal communication I received. Within moments of placing my order I received a rapid response - this was not the typical computer generated auto-reply, but a reply from a real person. In this economy, any response, expressed appreciation to business, and money spent by customers is SO appreciated. SO, in my opinion and I feel BEST OF ALL ...the Personal communication and the super fast shipping of order was SUPERB. Thanks The Best Thing! You made this a wonderful experience and I will definately be back. Continue to do what you are doing, your old-fashioned style of conducting business with personal attention to customers and their orders will only enhance your business and its future.
