Laura Good is probably one of the most honest bankers/brokers I have ever met! We called in on ad we saw off of my wife's blog, and after talking with Laura for about 5 minutes - I could tell we wanted to do business with her. My instinct told me she was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and had out best interest in mind. I never felt pressure from her to act - as I did with other bankers/brokers. She explained everything - and made both of us feel very comfortable. She is an asset to the company she works for. She works for a banker in Mesa, Arizona - and she funded a loan for us through GMAC. I think it took maybe 20 days at the most - and we received our funds. I highly recommend you go with a professional like her. They don't exist anymore in these market conditions. Anytime friends or family or associates mention any words related to mortgages or buying a home etc. I immediately think of her. One thing I like about the transaction is - what she quoted us in the beginning was actually higher than what we signed.
