My husband and I have received incredibly prompt attention and frequent updates from both the loan processor and the advisor on our mortgage loan application. We often hear from them multiple times in one day. The staff of Amerisave take time to explain all details or requirements, and put effort into meeting our needs in the most pleasant, professional manner. Working via email, fax, and phone means we don't have to take time away from work or family activities. Their use of technology is smooth and seamless, and does not diminish the personal feel. Due to their diligence, it looks like we may close one week ahead of schedule, and at a rate lower than anyone else could offer! We had checked several other lenders, both local and online, and no one could beat them in rates and closing costs combined. In a previous transaction, Amerisave refinanced a property for us, saving us $200 per month, and the process was so incredibly easy that we took care of it while my husband was out of town on family business. We highly recommend Amerisave to family, friends and coworkers looking for a home loan (purchase or refinance), knowing that they will not let us down.
