Copied below is a section of a letter I sent to the CEO of the company that makes c. Booth bath products (after I received no response from ULTA.com). "Because I have had problems in finding a replacement bottle of your Pomegranate Body Wash (which is amazing), I ordered (5) bottles from ULTA.com. I decided to try some of your other products at the same time. When the order arrived I was astounded to see what they had shipped. The body wash has no scent at all (other than a vague chemical odor) and it is a grayish-mucous color. I am returning everything to ULTA and hope they will reimburse me for the postage and insurance. You might want to know that they did not answer my email complaint and it was very difficult to reach someone at the phone number they list on their website. I'm not sure who is responsible for such an unacceptable product being sent. (For a moment I thought it had to be a knock-off version of your brand.)" ULTA.com has the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. There was no response to two emails and no effort to solve the problem when I was finally able to get through to customer service by phone.
