I wish I had been more savvy and searched the Kentucky Better Business Bureau and some reviews for eCampus before selling them close to $170 dollars in textbooks. I have had nothing but dead-ends when dealing with their customer service department. I sold them books in May, received a partial payment of $2.50 in June, and am still waiting for payment. Their customer service department has fed me a variety of customer service lines...."system problems," "busy time of year for buybacks, so we're delayed," and so on. So, I still wait for my money. I called yesterday so that I may speak with someone, and after waiting 15 minutes on hold, I was told that the phone reps are no longer handling calls about book buybacks! I would assume that this is because they have so many angry sellers! ARRRRR.... I just filed a complaint with the Kentucky Better Business Bureau....I would suggest others out there do the same. It requires an easy to complete online form. After 30 days I can check the status of my complaint. In addition the site also provides the names of managers and CEO. The more complaints for this company, the better! Go to: http://www.lexington.bbb.org/search.asp and type in eCampus. You'll find that the BBB rates them a D+. You can also take a look at the variety of complaints that they have received from customers.
