Please don't punish yourself use another company. This is the worst company ever to deal with. They are very rude and will not help you. From the manager to the customer service reps, they are horrible. They have screwed up my account several times and swear they can't help. When I first opened my account they were very nice and helpful. After about 3 months, when you are locked in, they turn into a different company. After dealing with the over charges, dropped calls, and ignorance, I decided to just pay to get out of my contract. I called to cancel my account and it can't be done through customer service so they transferred me to the cancellation department. After they transferred me I was hung up on, so I called back to the cancellation department and was hung up on two more times after that. I was kept on hold for 10 minutes before anyone answered, to get hung up on again. So I called customer service back and got right through. I waited for long periods of time through cancellation, but no time for customer service. I ended having to go to the AT&T store to cancel and was charged extra for the usage because I didn't go to the store until two days later.
