Pros: charging your monthy fee on time,
Cons: it is a trap
The Bottom Line: protecion one try to get you to sign the contract then you are on your own

I will not work with this company anymore, Protection one are charging me monthly maintenance fee but when I called I had to wait one week till the technician come and if the technician come within 24 hours they are charging every 15 minutes , not an honest security system company,
any time I call I had to wait more the 20 minutes , you can get your own contractor to maintain the alarm service with a lot less than what Protection one is charging you.
I worked with few security alarm company before most smaller company if any problem with your system come to your house or business and maintain you system free of charge,
but unfortunately Protection one is not one of them. I recommend to work with a local company and I always tell to my Friends to check the review before buying any item or sign a contract with any company,
not recommend to my freinds the sales lady come to sign a contract was very rude first was asking a lot of money to trasfer the system from another company then when I told her I do not want to work with Protection one she said it is okay to set up the system at no aditional charges.
