I purchased a pair of Sony headphones from DJ Deals and in 6 months, they fell apart. They had a year warranty, so I contacted DJ Deals, returned them, and have been given the run around ever since. It's almost 6 MONTHS later now and I have no idea if I'll ever see my headphones again. First they lost track of them, then said they sent them to the wrong place, then said Sony was replacing them and now nothing. I can't tell you how many emails I had to send just to get a response. And it wasn't until I got angry that I could even get them to respond to me. Now, almost 6 months after I sent in my headphones I get zero response to my contact. They won't even answer my emails. TERRIBLE customer service. I'm a professional DJ and explained that I needed my headphones, and that I was using a cheaper pair until I get my Sony's back. These are the best headphones I've ever used and they aren't cheap, around $100. No matter what I tried, nice or angry, DJ Deals just gave me the runaround. I've got no replacement or repaired headphones and no offer of a refund. $100 down the drain. If you're smart, you'll stay away from DJ Deals.
