Worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

Bought a Blomberg fridge from them and it has been the single worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Really poor communication. I never received any communication (not even an order confirmation!) from them but had to call constantly to check on the status of my order and delivery. Each time I called, though the phone was answered promptly, I was put on hold once they heard it was an online order and I would have to wait and wait to speak to someone. I think the only person they have dealing with online orders is a kid named Jamie and though he was polite and helpful, their system stinks.
I paid for "white glove" delivery but the 2 kids who pulled up in a UHaul had no idea what they were doing. They banged the fridge out of the truck, stripped the box off in the street and left all the trash there. I asked were they going to take the trash away and they said they weren't allowed to. Then they banged the fridge up the stairs and dumped it in the kitchen. I just wanted them out of my house so I did a quick inspection but I really hope the fridge works!
Oh, and when they pulled up in front of the house and saw the stairs, they said there would be a $15.00 stair fee. Fifteen bucks is nothing when you've just spent $2100. but it was the first I'd heard of it and I was damned if I was gonna pay it.
I was sucked in to HomeEverything by the "Free" additional 5 year warranty given with the fridge but given the tenor of their communication and service thus far, I fear having to deal with them ever again. And I got sucked in by their "Five Star Service" but I realized after I made the purchase that it's a self assessment and not very accurate.
I had looked at the same fridge from a local vendor and I regret I hadn't purchase it from them. All the Home Everything aggravation was not worth the $100 I saved.
