It was a nightmare!!!!
I ordered a walko long balance assistant for toddler on 5/19/2009.
the website said "this item ships out in about 1-3 days. I kept going to the tracking system and 10 days passed when it still said Order Status: Awaiting Shipment. I realized it still had not even been shipped out. So I called Allegro Medical. and they said it was on back order for another 10 days. so I waited 10 days. after that I checked the status, it still showed "Awaiting shippment". I called them to cancel my order and immediately refund my money They said it takes 10 business day for the money to be refunded back to my account.when I got my credit card statement of mid of June, I didn't see the refund. I called them. I can feel they even didn't help me to cancel the order, then I asked them to cancel it again and was told will get refund in 10 business day. When I got my credit card statement of July , it still didn't show any refund. Then I called them again. I was told they notified the payroll department, I will get my refund in weeks. until I 8/31/2009, I checked whether or not they gave me the refund, no surprising, there is no. So I called credit card company to help me to put it on dispution, but unluckiy, I was told, since I placed the order on 5/19/2009, already passed 90 days policy, that means even the credit card company can't help me to get my money back. So the only thing I can do is to continue calling Allegro Medical. This time, the lady picked up the phone and she talked to the superviser to approve my refund. she said I will get my refund in 3-4 days. Today is 9/3/2009, I checked, still no refund. I will wait to next week to see. I just have a feeling I can't my refund back since it is out of bank's protection. it is around $120 in total.I was so overwhelming, I needed protection and relief. I wrote this review to let others know.
