Good Buy, Has One Flaw

I have always trusted Hewlett Packard products, so when I went in search of a new computer Hewlett Packard was one of the names on my list. I have owned many brands of computers (Compaq, Milwaukee PC, Packard Bell, Gateway) and had the best performance from my Hewlett Packard. That is why when I found an HP package that included a printer for just $798.00 I grabbed it!
I do like the look of the computer and I have had no complaints with the speed and performance, but I have never been able to use the re-start option. Every time I load a new program and it requires the computer to re-start I have to hold in the power button until the computer shuts down and then release and then re-press. It doesn-t re-start on it's own. Hewlett Packard customer service has been unable to determine why.
Talking about customer service...Hewlett Packard's customer service is helpful and friendly. They have tried many different technical "things" to fix the problem, but have not found a solution or a cause.
One major pro I have noticed with my new Hewlett Packard is that it has not once froze up on me (knock on wood). I am so use to computer's freezing up on me, since every computer I have every owned or worked with has, that I am tickled pink to find that this computer does not freeze up.
The overall quality of the computer seems great. The speakers that came with the computer have excellent sound, I love the extra keyboard buttons, such as volume, mute, internet, search, and more! The extra serial port in the front is great since many of our games require different joysticks. It is easy to change my joystick with a port right smack dab in front of me! The printer that came with the package is a very good printer even when printing photos. I am pleased with the quality and features of my Hewlett Packard.
