I was very skeptical placing an online order with a company that I did not know. They were one of the only places that I was able to find the chandelier I was looking for so I took the chance. I would say they have a nice selection, including items that other sites do not have. The price I paid was considerably lower (around $200 lower) than other sites with the same chandelier. I placed my order on a Friday. Received it in my home via freight delivery the following friday. Delivery was prompt. My chandelier arrived safely and without event. The chandelier was as described and beautiful. Prior to placing my order, I had some questions that were answered through the online chat customer service. The representative was polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
