TEACHERS SCOTCH (Reply to this comment)
by iluvbooze
my friend has a bottle of Teachers, in a wooden round case, purchased in Europe in 1966, unopened. might that be worth some cash as a collectible? I told him to drink it! but he is about 75 and wants to wait to open it until he is 90. (written Dec 2006)

I'm gonna have to shop this one. I normally avoid blended scotches, but price tags lower than Johnny Red are welcome sights to behold.

It is a shame that there aren't more brands in the database and that it seems to be such a royal pain in the tookus to get any added...ah well. At least we have a couple of these catch-all categories where their reviews are welcome.

Cheers!
