Yeah, every time I see a clip of Steve on TV, I just can't believe such a lively, passionate person could leave us at such a young age. He had such an incredibly large amount to still contribute to the world.
He'll be missed, no doubt.

...by the untimely death of Steve Irwin, who I greatly admired for his passion towards life, his family, and just for everything he did. He will be greatly missed. I don't know much about Peter Brock but I still feel bad, especially for his family. Your words reflected your sadness. It's a shame but death sooner or later claims everyone, so try to live each day to the fullest and enjoy life, because you never know when it will be taken away from us.

Yeah, its a damn shame to lose two great Aussies, especially in the same week...
That date thing confuses me, as well. Too often, I've thought the world decided to have 31 months with twelve days a piece without informing me...GAH! It's all too much. But I think us Aussie's have a winning system though, days, months, years...simple!

so sorry -- the crocodile hunter was going to come to Los Angeles and rescue "Reggie" the alligator from a city park with a small, man-made lake. Steve Irwin will be sorely missed, as will Peter Brock.
btw, your dates were a bit confusing for us "Yanks" -- we write them backwards, you know, with the month first and then the day

I'm awfully concerned about these recent deaths, 'cause they say these things happen in threes, well I hope they are wrong...I hope my superstitions are not well founded...

Yes, Steve's kids, Bindi, 8, and Bob, 2, are the real victims here... Poor Terri is in a bad way as well, she is awfully worried about being a single parent, she is missing Steve something chronic...Let's just hope for the very best for the Irwin clan...

The first time I heard Steve Irwin died was during current events and it really shocked me. I found it quite sad. Nice write up.

I am sorry about both of these men's deaths. Steve Irwin and Peter Brock were the finest men around.
