Excellent products and good information. Live on-line help is a very big plus. Virtual model lets you try on some of the clothing. Although a little pricey, you do get good quality merchandise.
Last Christmas due to living in a very small trailer, I used on-line stores to get most of my gifts. Lands End was fantastic. They boxed and wrapped all the different items, tagged them and delivered on time. No mixups.
Customer service was great. Hardly any waiting either on the phone or live on line.
I can not really find any cons, except their virtual model does not always function well. To be fair, however, I think the model is powered by another site.
