Easily the worst experiecne I've ever had online and I'm online a lot. The flowers were fine. They got there fine.
It's the charges they make to your credit card of $14.95 a month that they say you agreed to when you bought your original flowers.
Type in any search engine "proflowers.com" and "ripoff" and see just how many sites come up with experiences by different people. You won't find just one or one hundred people that have been scammed by proflowers.com but thousands. It's surprising that they haven't made 60 Minutes yet with a scam this good. There is no way this many people are honestly choosing or simply missing an obvious choice of whether you want to be billed by Easy Saver montly for $14.95 all because you want to buy flowers just one time. Word is that they get you when a pop up box, you know how much we all love those, keeps coming up offering free shipping. Hey you want free shipping? Sure, you can have free shipping, you just won't be able to tell that from now on you're going to get your credit card billed $14.95 a month forever after.
Proflowers.com is a company that scams you and then try's to play it off with "we're sorry, that's a company we're partners with. It wasn't really us screwing you. It was them." It's too bad really because the service was simple. So simple in fact that they slip that little montly charge to your credit card right by you.
I wouldn't take flowers form this site if they were giving them away.
