Be CAREFUL to order on-line; POOR customer service

I've been a valued customer to this company not until now. I moved to another place however my recent order from them was shipped to my old address. When I ordered on line, I changed my billing information, and I thought this will automatically changed my shipping information. When I traced my order through UPS, it was shipped to my old address. I called up UPS to reroute the package to my new address but then they cannot help me out and told me to talk to the shipper and if the shipper called them, they can reroute it. I telephoned Allegro's customer service and cannot help me out and just said that they cannot do anything about it because it was already delivered. Of course, if billing address is changed absolutely shipping address should be automatically changed. In order words the customer service representative said that they cannot call UPS to reroute the package to my address. He did not even offer if I am willing to pay an extra shipping charge to reroute the package. Therefore, I wasted my money and paid for nothing. I will NEVER ORDER from them anymore. POOR customer service and on-line ordering is misleading!!! BE VERY CAREFUL ordering from this company!
