Nightmare, bad cs, lied to, unable to resolve problems....Waste of time

Slow shipping , horrible customer service... and will never shop there again. They told me everything ships through FedEx.. I find out it don't the hard way. My house address is undeliverable mail wise so, I call them to fix the problem and all they did was waste my time. Took them 4-5 days to ship the order and over a week to reply back after phone calls.
They won't allow you to change anything on the order. Why they even have a customer service if they can't do anything is beyond belief. They won't change shipping address's quoted from their reply "to prevent fraudulent requests, we are unable to alter the details of any order. This includes changes of an address, delivery method, payment method, or the items on your order. We also must be absolutely certain we charge the correct sales tax rate, which is based on the ship to address."
I called them twice .... why was I never told this over the phone? Since when would mailing a letter change a thing? Especially since they payed the shipping on it anyhow.... They took so long that it ended up shipping, then they told me they couldn't even cancel it... I guess so when it takes you 2 weeks to reply after a phone call.
Overall I only got half of the items I ordered thanks to their "customer service and "policies" that are a bunch of hogwash.... I only asked them to change it to my billing address.Took them this long to reply back with crap that should of been told in the 2 phone calls I made. Let alone how can you be fraudulent when its where your bank says you pay them from?... Either way if you for some reason want to order from them make sure your order is 1000000000% correct due to the fact CS will not do a thing by wasting your time and a week later tell you what they should have said to start.
The bad: Not informative on shipping methods. Not helpful in correcting orders. Half the time the site itself was either slow or down. Customer service has no clue about their own policies and will waste time. Slow to ship the actual item out the door. They stated the ship an item and it won't ship out the door for 2 days. Tracking numbers are recycled so expect to wait 12-60 hours to reset.
