I am not an easy person to deal with, nor please.  I know that and I don't like dealing with many people.  When we were refinancing our mortgage, Andrew had the patience of a saint and although he could not help us at first, he actually kept us in mind and called us several months later.  Needless to say, we were more than happy with his help, service, knowledge and overall great work.  I would never do a refinance, or new mortgage with anyone else.  When rates started to drop, we emailed him and he was ready to once again help us. He was the voice of RFC and represented them extremely well. I would recommend this company, and even more specifically, Andrew for a great refinance experience.  I have owned homes, financed them and this was truly, the easiest and most pleasant time of all.
