I was lied to and the company didn't back up the lies.

I was blatantly lied to by a Tickets Now representative and the company did nothing to stand behind what was said. I was basically baited into paying more for tickets. Do NOT believe anything that their representatives tell you if your tickets do not show up on time. I was supposed to have tickets in hand yesterday for a concert this evening. The tickets were not delivered yesterday...when I called, I was told that Fed Ex made a mistake and that the representative would have my tickets to me today - either via an e-ticket or via will call - 100% guaranteed. I told her that I had found tickets from another reputable site for an equivalent cost that I could purchase last night b/c I did not feel comfortable waiting until today, but she said 100% guarantee - no problem - she would have the tickets to me today. So, of course, I did not purchase through the other site, but rather trusted that what I was told would be backed by the company. WRONG!!! I received the phone call this morning telling me that she was wrong and that the only thing she could do was refund my money or sell me other tickets at a higher price. She knew from last night's conversation that my hotel room was not refundable, so I basically had no choice but to pay the higher price or lose out all together on tickets and hotel room. I spoke to her manager who basically said that she misspoke and that the company would do nothing to back up what she said. They said that they did offer my "100% guarantee" by offering me a full refund. They blamed Fed Ex for the problem and that is how they got out of giving me my tickets for the lower cost that I had originally paid. Do NOT trust them with your money or with the promise that you will get tickets. Go through another reputable site that offers e-tickets or will call.
