I order ladies Nike Golf shoes, 3 pairs in different colors. What a mistake in selecting GOLFSMITH! I did get the shoes later not sooner, but not the correct items. One box had 2 left shoes in it...come on! Another was not the correct style. I called and what poor customer service. You would have thought it was MY FAULT. All I wanted was a return and reshipment. They want to send out a Call Tag...to see the first shoes before sending me shoes I can wear. It was such a HASSLE. It took over a month. It is as bad as when I go into their store in my town. The price wasn't that great to end up with terrible service. Seems like you just can't get good service like when they started. I will never shop there again..online or in the store and I tell all my golf friends to do the same. One of these days maybe they'll get the word that the only one that really matters is the one spending the $$$$. I think when you have a company with shareholders involved it's all about garbage service and the mighty buck now. Well they can keep it. Their stock proves it!
