Refinancing my home was a pleasant experience thanks to Joanna.  Not only was she professional, she was patient, courteous, and provided a high level of customer care. 

When I spoke to Joanna for the first time, I question the authenticity of the company.  I expressed to her that there were a lot of scams in the mortgage industry and I was leery about doing business with this company.  Joanna responded is such a pleasant and reassuring manner.  She immediately provided me with facts about the organization – invited me to check out the company’s credentials – as well as hers – and was extremely open and responsive and was willing to address any concerns that I had regarding their authenticity.  

Joanna was very responsive and attentive during the refinancing activities.  She personally walked me through every step of the way.  When I had questions -- she was quick to provide answers and insight.  She was by far the best loan officer that I have worked with.  She did not treat me like a "number", she treated me like a "VIP".   

I will definitely recommend Joanna to my friends and relatives.  She is a first class person and first class loan officer.  Her business ethics, professionalism and customer care is one that should be recognized, respected and appreciated.
