Good products, very good service

We ordered a number of fiber patch cables from Cables and Kits a few months back, and upon arrival discovered that - despite being nice, good quality cables, they were gray and not orange (the product we had ordered indicated it would be orange). This might seem like a trivial thing, but in a patch panel, it simply doesn't look professional to have mixed colors. We contacted C&K to see if we could exchange them. The matter was handled very rapidly and professionally. They cross-shipped new cables to us, and sent a prepaid return shipping label for the gray cables. We didn't ask, and we would have been fine returning them on our dime...
And I should stress that the cables they sent us were the correct thing from a technical point of view, we had asked for 50/125 LC/LC and got exactly that, nice strain reliefs, attached dust caps, etc. Just not orange.
C&K is not the cheapest source for fiber, but the quality of all the products we received was very good, which by itself means we're likely to do more business in the future. The fact that they were willing to correct this minor issue at their own expense made a further good impression.
It is, of course, only one experience, but it sets them out head and shoulders above many others.
