Confusing, inconsistent, ultimately unresolved

I thought I did a lot of research before I chose to use this website; unfortunately, none of it was any use. The website did something inexplicable to my order--I still haven't gotten an answer from customer service regarding this--and when the product arrived, it was the wrong stuff! Their idea of a resolution was to offer me 15% off on my next order. Uh, no...I don't think so. I'm not about to throw more money at these guys. Bottom line is that they seem like they're going to take care of you, but when it comes down to it, they can't be bothered. Even sent them emails that corroborate my intent to purchase the product that I didn't receive. Silence. No response. Not even willing to negotiate a solution; just lumped in with anybody who might just receive their order and decide they don't like it and then get a 15% discount for reordering! How harsh is that...I don't know, since they've ignored me for the last few weeks. So I would say, "No", do NOT shop with these folks.
The thing that makes people happy when they shop is having somebody on the other end that is really listening to their concerns--not calling them "ma'am" and using canned rehearsed wording, telling them that there's nothing they can do, the supervisor is busy, it's against "company policy". These folks actually are a small enough outfit that their CEO is walking around the building. Seriously! One email in the middle of all this said that they had "chatted" with the CEO and he agreed that there was nothing to be done. This after the phone calls that got me to another level and raised my hopes, only to wait another week and be cut off by a curt email saying in essence too bad for you, you're out of luck even if it was a glitch on our website that caused all this.
