Terrible after sale customer service

I ordered a dash trim kit. It took 3 weeks to get. When I did get it, it was the wrong one. I am sure I ordered the one with a certain item but the merchant says no. Yet, I reviewed the diagram of the various kits BEFORE placing the order. It is now a week later and I still can't get an RMA number or an answer to my question: "Will an exchange take another 3 weeks?" Customer service is very slow in responding to emails, they take about two days to respond and then the response is incomplete so you have to write back again. I would never have ordered from them if I knew there service was so poor. The item seems OK but I need to cover one spot on my dash damaged by a mechanic yet they are is so slow it's painful.
