I've found their prices excellent. I was surprised when I ordered a network card the friday after Thanksgiving at 4pm pacific time. Their overnight shipping for it was only $10 - I thought it must be a mistake. Despite the time I ordered it, it came FedEx the following monday.
The network card was DOA - obviously not their fault, it was a brand name card rated high that I've bought dozens of before. I called customer service, again around 4pm on Monday. They shipped me a new one, fedex overnight, and arranged for fedex to pick up the defective one. I had the new one next day, despite the late time. You don't see customer service like this too much anymore.
I still shop around for price - but if its close, I now go with pcmall.
