Horrible Customer Service, Poor Operations

Ordered a jack and jack stands on Monday that I needed before the weekend. I called and verified it was in stock and would ship out that morning before I ordered. Two days later it had not shipped yet. I called customer service and they say it is still in processing and they didn't know why, but said they can't cancel the order. The next day I called and again I was given the same answer. They wouldn't upgrade the shipping and said that they will not refund me the shipping if I don't accept the order, nor would they offer a discount for the trouble. It took three days for the item that was in stock to ship and it won't make it before I start my project so I had to rent something. What a waste.
This company has horrible customer service which is surprising in this crap economy. Based on my story and a few other, it appears they are quite unorganized and have serious operational issues. 16 minute in queue and on hold times, the first representative was not exactly friendly or wanting to help, and a poor customer service policy will be driving customers far away from this place.
It won't take long for a competitor to see this and exploit it.
