Save yourself a headache... and don't bother shopping here. My order never arrived, even though the order showed that all of the items were there in stock. I have to agree with the previous reviewer. I think something weird is going on there at Iherb. Yes probably new owners because they didn't use to be like this.
When I called customer service they acted like they didn't even care. They actually told me that it had not even shipped but couldn't give me a reason why nor could they give me an estimated shipping time. They did however tell me that all of the items were still in stock. HUH?? I couldn't believe it. This was after already waiting 9 days. Maybe they're going out of business or something like that because that is no way to run a business. Why do they even bother with that Same Day Shipping promise? It's just aggravating to the customer. And guess what?... there is also no way to alter your order once you've placed it, so I ended up having to call my credit card company to let them know I never received it so I wouldn't be charged. What a hastle. Too bad they are like this now. I will need to find another online vitamin store. Any suggestions?
