Good prices, slow shipping and inflexible customer service

Be careful when purchasing from this vendor. On the plus side, they have good prices. On the minus side, we encountered an inaccurately represented product on their website. The item pictured was not the one delivered. We also encountered lengthy delays on two occasions when ordering products - on the order of 2-3 weeks. In neither instance was there an indication on their site that there would be a delay due to backorder or other reason.
To top it off, despite our patience in waiting for the ordered products to arrive, and our frustration at the mis-represnted products, they chose to be sticklers on their software return policy and not work with us to return the product they misrepresented and then took weeks to get to us.
We won't buy from them again.
UPDATE: Soon after posting this, we were contacted by a different person in their customer service group who issued us an RMA, despite the previous contact stating that a return would not be possible. I'm revising my overall rating based on this.
