Not worth the cost, full of hooks to get you to pay more fees

Too expensive and full of blatant hooks to get you to pay more. You can "join" for free (and they then have your resume) but you can't make your resume visible or look at more than a few sentences of any job openings until you sign up for a paid membership. So basically, the "free" membership is completely useless.
Once I did pay to join, I then noticed that some of jobs I was "teased" with, that looked good a few seconds ago were actually no longer open positions.
A lot of the jobs are scraped from the open web, and you have to go through the employers' web site to be able to apply - so all the ladders did for you there was show you the results of its web scraper.
There are offers for other "free" services, such as a free review of yoru resume. No matter what your resume looks like, you can be sure to see lots of (mostly) canned statements telling you that your resume is horrible, and - guess what - for $695 they will "fix" it for you. If you are credible for a 6-figure salary you should be able to look up resume pointers (for free) on the web and write a decent resume.
They do have some pretty nice search capabilities to narrow down what you are looking for, but honestly its not any better than Dice or Monster or Linked-In, which are all free.
I tried the service for a month ($30) and I won't be renewing it. Its not really any better then free job boards.
