I have ordered several(5) times from Ross-Simons and the things I have received have been great. The problems are those things that aren't received. 3 of the times I have ordered, the website shows them in-stock and ready to ship ( I even ordered expedited shipping within 2 days). But after a week of waiting, an email comes and says that the items are no longer in-stock (twice it said had been discontinued from the manufacturer). This was very frustrating since they were supposed be in-hand within 2 days. On one of the orders I had even checked their website to see the status and it said that they had been SHIPPED! Only to get an email several days later saying there was no such item.
Personally I will try any other retailer first before I go back to them, which is a shame since I had received some very nice items in the past.
