Five stars! I can't recommend YourBlinds more highly. The sheer selection, alone, is beyond any that I've found anywhere else, online.
Any color, style, fabric choice, pattern, etc. can be found here, and all at a really competitive price.
The website sports one of the best, fun, user-friendly interfaces that I've encountered, especially surprising for a business of this type. You can easily hone down your choice of blinds based not only on type, i.e. vertical, horizontal, roman, wood, etc., but also by brand, AND, the best for my needs, COLOR.
In my case, I wanted blinds that incorporated 'rose' in the color scheme. By choosing 'vertical blinds' and the color 'pink', I was presented with all possible matches.
But, wait! It gets even better....
By entering my personal window measurements, I am presented with the PRICE for all the choices presented!
This meant that there would be no surprises or disappointments if I became excited about a particular blind and then later discovered that it was more than I wanted to pay.
Plus, you can order up to 10 swatches or sample pieces absolutely FREE. No shipping costs whatsoever. The swatches are good-sized and complete info on ordering is included in the package, as well as a business card of a YourBlinds specialist with a direct number to place your order.
There are print-out sheets for window measurements as well as comprehesive instructions on HOW to measure, and even videos to guide and ensure that you do the job properly. Still, if you're unsure, the customer service people will answer all of your questions, either by instant site 'chat' or a phone call.
The Hunter Douglas blinds I ordered are just beautiful, well-made, and tasteful.
I am a true online shopper and have dealt with many companies over the years. These folks are among the best.
I couldn't process my order online because I had an additional 'custom' request (specifically, a single valance for a very wide window for which I ordered 2 sets of blinds). The customer service people were simply excellent.
They were professional, eager to please, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Questions that couldn't be immediately answered were given instant attention and a phone call quickly returned with answers. I had no issue with 'hold' time, either, which was refreshing in this age of waiting in queue endlessly to speak to a representative that is busy assisting other customers, but wants to assure me that my call is important to them.
If you are in the market for something other than your typical 'vanilla' blinds that can be found anywhere, want good quality, fair prices, and excellent customer service, YourBlinds is your one stop shop. :)
