  • User Rating: Disappointing
  • Durability:
  • Ease of Use:
Pros:lightweight, easy to fold, space age sleek look
Cons:seat back stops working, umbrella covering is difficult, basket useless
The Bottom Line: For a quick umbrella stroller this could work, but for everyday, multi purpose use, get a more substantial stroller with better: handle bar, basket/storage, seat back and baby cover.

My husband and I were very gung ho about buying the best, most durable equipment for our first child -- we hope to have more children and hope that the equipment will last many years. That said, we didn't mind the price tag for this travel system -- HOWEVER, we are a bit disappointed with this particular system itself. First, the infant carrier is VERY heavy -- and post partum I had a LOT of difficulty carrying it. My husband usually had to carry it when he was around. The umbrella cover for the carrier was flimsy -- didn't cover enough, and came off very easily -- we stopped using it. I will say I am enjoying how lightweight the stroller is -- so easy to pop in and out of the car. Folds like an umbrella stroller but is more durable and more to it. Second difficulty, the basket for the bottom is thin material and can't carry much weight (if you can figure out how to reach through the chassy to put anything in it)and when you do have something in it, it drags against the wheels or becomes unhooked so it drags on the ground. What a drag!!! Third, the seatback no longer clicks into place -- I called the company and they said I can send it in for repairs -- but it will be two weeks till I get it back! Now when my seven month old is in it, the right side leans back while the left side of the seat back clicks into the different settings. Poor baby gets stuck in the corner leaning backward like it or not. Finally, I think I would have preferred a stroller with a bar at the top (this one has two separate handles on either side). I almost always find myself wishing for a place to put my keys, wallet or cell phone when the whole diaper bag isn't on me. It is also a little difficult to hang the diaper bag on the back -- it often slides down and then butts against the seat back when it is reclined or hits the wheels. Also, there is no place for baby to keep a bottle -- and the toy activity bar for strollers we found can't attach to this one correctly. Maybe this is a great casual quick umbrella stroller if you have a more substantial one -- but it's not really multi purpose because it lacks so many of the features a mom on the go needs.
