RECEIVED a non-working BLUETOOTH H710 !

I purchased a H710 bluetooth - rubber around the ear worn out on my old one..... Love it so I purchased another one. Fully charged it and it still does not work. I went to their web site to get a phone number to return - no number just a address to return. AND it's not that my phone and this bluetooth isn't compatible because I currently uses this one, I like it so much that I purchased another. I am NOT please with my first order from SF Planet. I will NEVER purchase from them again. You live and learn!
I returned the broken Bluetooth they had originally sent me and they still have not received the replacement. I email them 4 times to see if the replacement had been mailed out and to no avail I have not heard or received a returned email. Just before writing this review I emailed them again and of course still have not received and answer. Trust me -- They will NEVER get my business again.....NEVER!!!!
This is a lesson to be learned. This makes me to continue to use Verizon Wireless.
