I had read reviews and looked at some co-workers PDA's for a while before deciding to look at the Handspring site. I like the way the site gives comparisons of their own products. I was able to look at the functions of the various products and compare for myself. The product descriptions are very well written. The site is very easy to navigate. I looked at all of their various models before deciding on the Handspring Visor Deluxe. They gave me a package deal in which they provided a very nice matching leather case worth $26.00 with my Visor for free. I was also able to easily order a package of styli to go with my visor. I had all of these items a week after I ordered them. I have gone back to the site quite a few times to look at the latest modules and new PDA's that are available now.
