The Bottom Line if you don't mind the hassle, go to their stores directly. it is just the pain of the neck to deal with them if anything goes wrong with online orders.

in several occasions, i tried to contact them with questions about my orders through email, and i never got any reply. phone call seems to be the only way to get in touch with KC customer service, but then they will put you on whole for a long time. once they cancel my order without because the item is out of stock, yet they didn't bother to notify me of the cancellation and. i had to call them to find out what was going on. if you register at the website, things get a little bit better because you can check your order status online. but then again, if the online status doesn't make sense, you will eventually have to place a call.
