I have better things to do than write reviews, but I want to warn people to definitely NOT order from this "business" I order online FREQUENTLY - weekly and have NEVER had a significant problem - EXCEPT with karmaloop. I think the name is hilarious considering their "karma". My problem is like the others. I ordered a pair of shoes for my nephew. It said they were "out of stock" when finalizing my order. It said the order was not completed. Two days later I ordered him different pair. Then we got both of them shipped to us and sure enought I was charged for both on my cc. I contacted them immediately via live chat. I can't tell you how unprofessional that was. I ended up getting a refund code and sending the second pair back. They then emailed me and said the shoes were worn and that they would not refund my money. I saw my nephew try on both pairs and go up 5 carpeted stairs with each to see which he preferred. Once they notified me that they were "worn" I expected to get the shoes back. But I did not. I emailed and found out they needed my credit card again to charge me $5. That was no big deal but it's been a while and I haven't seen the shoes. (I am a teacher and I thought I could give them to one of my students.) I have called once and did get a seemingly nice representative on the phone, but still no shoes. They have my $100+ and the shoes. My guess is they shipped out the size 11 red hightops to someone else. So if you have them.........
