Once upon a time there was a cat who lived with the crazy lady in the basement. He loved to spread kitty litter across the floor, making the crazy lady even crazier. One day the crazy lady got a tip from the tea and cookies lady about putting a mat outside the litter pan and suddenly all the litter was trapped, leaving the cat with nothing to spread across the floor. He was sad about this until he realized that less litter spreading meant less shark visits. Now the furry cat and his crazy lady will live happily ever after. ------------------- This was an entry to CaptainD's Short Short Story Write Off.
