I have ordered three times from this company and just had to finally post a review... which I rarely do! All three times I had questions about the products I was ordering and the customer service guys were just amazing. So rare today with online stores! One of my orders was delayed but they notified me right away and then called to see if I wanted a substitution. Great Service! Oh and the far infrared heating pads - http://www.fitzz.com/Infrared-Heat-Therapy_c_514-1.html - they are promoting right now are awesome! I have to fight to get "mine" back from my husband! Thanks Fitzz!
