Use it. The online store is quite fun to play with. A great option for people not near a store/want more interactivity than browsing the quarterly.

Abercrombie & Fitch's online store is exactly what you would expect from one of the nation's leading clothing companies.
It has a fresh and easy-to-use layout, great colors and even an online dressing room in which you can create endless outfit combinations.
The store has the company's full line, which not all stores have the option of, and can be useful. Customer service is great as you can simply return packages to a nearby store for refund or exchange. They are like Gap Stores, who also have in place the policies to make returns very easy.
The clothing is quality, as the brand has been around for a long time...only coming into vanity as a 'hip' brand with their reinvention. Styling is geared for the athletic preppy youth crowd, gaining popularity when featured on popstars such as Britney Spears and with it's photographically beautiful quarterly. Cuts include hipster mini skirts, fitted tees with logos, rock blasted & distressed 12oz denim, vintage styled items and the classics that are eternal for the prep.
My problems with them are universal with stores and their online counterparts.
1) Color. It can vary from mild to drastic depending on the photo, lighting, your monitor and photo settings. Most of the time it is within a "window" of the given color, but cannot be abolished in online shopping.
2) Fit. I can wrap the measuring tape around myself a million times, but if I haven't tried on the company's jeans before and know my exact fit in their sizing...it can be difficult.
3) Sales. Yes, they have online sales and clearance, but if you want something and it's sold out or are going for super mark-downs...you are going to have to get in the car and visit the Brick & Mortar store.
Overall, it is an excellent edition to the classic stores and the A&F quarterly. Shipping charges are standard, but can get heavy with the purchase of many items.
