One of the two items I ordered was incorrectly described in the on line catalogue. I wasted time and money on an item I didn't want. I don't think I will order much on-line because I need to see the item before I buy it. It's too costly to buy on line. Prices are usually the same as in the store or slightly cheaper, but shipping is very high and eliminates any savings and adds to the price. Then if the item isn't what you wanted, or is incorrect or doesn't fit or a myriad of problems that occur when you don't actually see, feel, try on,etc. the item, return shipping charges are incurred and it is really an expensive proposition. So far the only things I have been happy with were clothing purchases I made where I had seen the item in atore, but they were out of a color I wanted or I tried on a different color in the correct size and then ordered the size I needed that the store was out of, but since I tried on the item in another color, I knew it would fit. Almost all other purchases have proven to be a waste of time and money.
What product did you purchase or try to purchase? Aset of cheese spreaders and what I thought was a martini serving dish, but was miss labeled in the on-line discription and was a martini glass and not a serving piece. however the price was that of a serving piece.
