I can't say that I love the website... I myself find it quite cluttered and not at all intuitive. Some of the products were kind of lacking in description, thought maybe not everyone would care about that.
HOWEVER, they had some misc pet related items I needed that I couldn't get from the other major pharmacy sites. It was nice to be able to get those in my order instead of having to order from two separate sites.
But the real reason for my review is that I was very happy with the customer service. They made a mistake with my order and when I wrote them asking for a credit, they responded VERY quickly, and apologized and said they would issue the credit. Very polite, no argument, no further "process" or claims for me to have to go through, and - the most convenient part - one of the items was a duplicate of an item I ordered only once and isntead of asking me to ship it back, they just had me keep it. Further reducing my anticipated hassle! I was very pleased. The fact that I was able to reply to their shipping confirmation e-mail and didn't even have to look up an order number was also a plus. It was so nice to just reply to an email instead of logging in on their site, finding the order number in my history, and filling out a form like you would have to on most sites.
As long as the orders aren't customarily messed up the way mine was, I'd say the customer service is incentive to shop there again even though I don't really like their site.
