Frustating Customer care service

I order "Far-infrared Heat Therapy Healing Heating Pad" on 10/25/2009. My order number is: 105203. I was trying to reach them many times by mail, phone to know the tracking number.
I left many urgent voice mail and multiple emails.
No one get back to me yet. No response. It is very frustating. I don't think any one out there doing business.
They charge my credit card on 10/25/2009 same day. However they haven't ship my order.
I don't know where should I complaint?
