Unhappy Customer!

I bought some software from this company and paid for two-day Fed Express delivery because I live on the East Coast. On the delivery date as specified in my order email confirmation, I tried to inquiry on their order status weblink to get a status on where my software was. Their order status weblink responded by saying it had no information at all on my order. At this point, I am not feeling too well about my order. I thought to myself, was this a FRAUD of some kind and was I getting ripped off? Like they don't know where my order is!! Then, I tried to create an account with them on their website to see if that would help me get a status on my order, but it would not let me create an account with them. I tried calling the customer service number listed on their website, but I got a recording that said No One was available to answer my call. No further information was provided. I tried calling another number listed on their website, but again got a recording that No One was available to answer my call. I finally contacted someone through their Chat Service. When the woman found my order, she said that my software was "Not In Stock" and said that she would have to "Backorder" the sofrware. Again, I am not feeling too well about my order and felt I was getting ripped off. I told the woman that when I ordered the software off their website, it said that my software was in stock. I told her that I received an email confirmation on my order saying I would receive my software that very same day I was speaking with her. At this point, I told the woman that I thought this was a Fraud, and that I would call and report this to my credit card company. I also told her to CANCEL my order for the software. After a brief pause, she suddenly found the software and said that she would ship it that same day and that I would receive my order in two days. I did receive the software two days later. That is two days later than originally promised, and to think I had paid $15 extra on shipping to get the software in two days.
I am very unhappy with the quality of service I received from their website, and in trying to reach someone through their customer service phone system in my attempt to find out where my software was. I am also unhappy with their Chat Service since it could not provide readily available current information on the status of my software order. Only after I told them to cancel my order did they suddenly find my software. This is my last purchase ever with them!!
I just looked at the webpage for Access 2007 from Outlet Deal. I see they raised the price of the software from $151.98 to $164.99 since I ordered this software eight (8) days ago. There are other companies out there who offer this software for less than Outlet Deal. Check around!!
