The first place I'd shop on-line for bike parts.

Jenson USA is one of my favorite places to shop for high-end mountain bike parts. My experience with Jenson has been excellent... both in the quality of the products I received and the customer service.

Products always arrived well-packed, in good condition and on time. I always paid far less than I would have at my local bike shop.

Maybe the only knock on Jenson is that they have a somewhat limited product line... so you may not be able to find exactly what you want all of the time.

The on-line experience at the Jenson site is above average. The site is professionally designed, check out is easy, and follow up emails regarding your purchase are accurate and timely.
