Sprint hires some sneaky and sinky frauds such as 18883611962  with low price to lure us. Once we received the bill, which is weight to much high we originally agree to. Within 3 months we have paid $950 for three line basic family plan. Their agent promise us that our plan is $49.98 per month with free first month charge and $150 rebate for each phone. Till now we only received three $50 rebates. Now our month fee is $79.98 rather than $49.99. Sprint also has a lots of hiding fee. I complaint the sprint customer service, but they nervier work out. Of course, sprint will not solve our bill, other wise both of them can not get high mutual profit.

Sprint usually cheat foreign who have communicate problem. Foreign are lack of complaint experience. They are lack of defense them self. Sprint customer service is extremely bad. I complained several times. The customer service person always said they didn't understand me and disconnect. I guess even if the one can speak excellent English, the sprint customer service person still will complain you language with very bad attitude. They really don't want to work with you.
