The Bottom Line Check out tenniselbowtips.com for yourself. It worked wonders for me.
Thanks
I suffered from tennis elbow for about 6 months. I got tennis elbow from painting. I am a paint contractor by trade and am constantly gripping my paint brush or roller on a daily basis.
There was no other way that I could do my job than using a paint brush. I started getting alot of swelling in forearm and elbow region. The pain was severe, to the point that I has to go visit a doctor. I didn't want to go as I consider myself a tough guy and figured the pain would go away with anti-inflammatories.
Well after popping the pills for a couple of weeks, the pain kept coming back and It was starting to affect my fingers. I finally went to a doctor. He said I tennis elbow and that I should go see a physiotherapist and that I may need surgery. He said I could have it for the rest of my life. I was so scared. How was I to going to continue to work and pay the bills.
So later that night, I decided to goto the internet and do some research on tennis elbow and how I could cure it. I found a website called tenniselbowtips.com. This guy had an eBook on how to cure your tennis elbow from home. There were many great stories and testimonials on the site from tennis elbow sufferers who had good results from using this guys program. I decided to buy and give it shot. I was willing to shell out the $37 to test drive it as I figured it would be cheaper than physio :)
Anyway, after using the program now for a week, I've had great results. The exercises are simple with videos to boot and I don't have to buy any exercise equipment. There is even an exercise journal to keep you on track.
I highly recommend you try this program for yourself. You can find out more at http://www.tenniselbowtips.com
