From now on I'll only shop at large superstores in person or at online stores like Amazon.Com. I will never trust small online stores again!

Issue #1: An online store should not require of you to confirm your order via phone. Calling in defeats the online principle. This is the last time I'm buying from an online store. ZeroDelivery.Com is not really an online store. What got me is that once you order online, you HAVE to call into their office to CONFIRM your order. It doesn't make sense. What is the difference then between calling a store to buy a product and buying the product online? There should be a difference. You shop online because of the convenience. For example, you can trust that Amazon.Com will send your product soon after you've purchased your product. But with ZeroDelivery.Com the consumer HAS to call into their New York office.
Issue #2: If the online store doesn't have the product in their warehouse, they should not take your order and your credit card info. I learned this the hard way. My wife and I are about to have a baby, and I was hoping to get this camcorder within 7-10 business days as ZeroDelivery.Com promised. Well, it took me 3 long telephone calls and 14 business days just to get them to admit that they didn't have my product in stock. They told me, 3-4 weeks for my product to reach their warehouse. I said no!
The lesson I learned: Only shop from large online stores like Amazon.Com and others like that. Or better yet, go in person to a store like Sears or Good Guys and buy it in person. You know what you'll get, and you'll have the satisfaction of holding your product in your hand minutes after you've purchased it. Plus if you're having a baby, you have even more incentive to shop in person and get that camcorder ready for your baby when he/she comes.
