Very Happy Customer!
Purchased my machine from them and it was sent in good time. Called for customer service on a couple of small issues and I was immediately taken care of by a very nice lady.
They have all of the items on hand that anyone would need to operate this machine. I was able to purchase additional threads, several different kinds of needles, a package of extra bobbins and picked up a foot that was to included with this machine.
They offer financing and free shipping, a plus in my book any time.
I have been back to this shop for additional items as well. I purchased additional embroidery designs, an extra hoop and more stabilizer for my projects. I have purchased a rolling case so I can take it with me to classes and friends houses to sew and embroider. All items have been shipped in a very timely manor and all for free.
I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for any type of sewing machine or accessory to their machine as they seam to have everything in stock and are very helpful in answering any questions that you might have about anything they carry.
I am a very happy customer and would shop here again and again!
