Buy coupons on eBay and save a lot of money!!!

EBay.com... I don't need to introduce this, probably the most popular, website in the world! But I surely would love to share my great experience which, I think, would be very helpful to a lot of people. Something I didn't know about until a few weeks ago!
Recently we moved to our first home and as a young family in a new house we really needed to buy a lot of stuff for our home to make it pretty and cosy, plus paint, tools, shelves, curtain rods, etc. In other words, we really needed to go to a store like Home Depot or Lowe's and spend there quite a lot $$$. I was so desperate to find a coupon (rather a lot of coupons!) I could use! Unfortunately, I couldn't find a coupon for Lowe's, as well as for Home Depot. Usually I find printable coupons to different stores but I couldn't find ANYTHING for these 2! Every time I tried to search I got linked to eBay! I'm basically "a coupon queen" and I thought "I am not paying for coupons!" and then I thought "wait a second, let's see what they got...". So I looked at eBay.com and found bazillions of offers to buy coupons for any store, including Lowe's and Home Depot! I was completely surprised what great deals you can find there!
I looked through a few offers for Lowe's and found 1 that sounded the best to me. I looked for the ones you can "Buy" without bids, because I didn't have time for bargains. Most of the offers include free shipping. You can buy only 1 coupon for a couple of bucks and save actually a lot of money if you are planning on buying something big like furniture, appliances, carpet, etc. Or you can buy a few coupons for a little bit higher price, which is good if you are going to make a few purchases. Check the expiration days for the coupons you are going to buy.
I found 8 coupons, 10% off at Lowes and Home Depot, expiration day is February 15, 2010. Free shipping. Price I paied: $7.50. We were going to buy a fireplace screen which costs ~$300. And I thought that a 10% coupon would definitely help us to save - that would be ~$30 saved right there! It is absolutely worth $7.50 I paid for the coupons! The seller I found had great feedback (actually all of the sellers of the coupons I looked through had good feedback) and he promised to give money back + $1 extra if the coupons wouldn't be accepted. Originally the coupons were for Lowes but the ad said that Home Depot gladly accepts them, too.
So, I paid $7.50 for 8 coupons with 10% discount of the purchase at Lowe's / Home Depot. I got them in 2 days with free shipping. I already used 5 coupons and saved over $60! And I still have 3 coupons left. I used 1 coupon twice, because 1 time I used self-checkout and kept it and the next time it worked again.
Also, I found out that the coupons work at lowes.com, too! You need to put the bar code of the coupon at check-out and it gives you 10% off! Plus, I tried to use the coupon that I already used at the store and it worked on-line also! If you want to save more, you can make a copy of the coupon that you are going to use at the store and keep the copy for your on-line purchases! This way you get extra value for the money you spend on the coupons. I thought that was great! I never used these coupons at Home Depot, because Lowe's is much closer to my house, but I do know that they will not work at Homedepot.com, I tried.
Anyway, this purchase on eBay was absolutely great! I would highly recommend to buy coupons on eBay, especially if you are planning a big purchase! On ebay you can find coupons for about any store and save a lot of $$!
